This is followed by a longer-term view over 25 years. This period of time was chosen to match against the system warranty, however the benefits received from the system can be enjoyed for life. By researching the cost of energy in Malaysia over the last 16 years we have developed a predictive algorithm that projects an annualized bill increase of between 4-6% depending on your energy consumption.

The Corporate Employee Solar Program provides top-grade hardware with manufacturer warranties of up to 25 years on solar panels and wiring, and 5 years on the inverters.
The sizes of systems available for purchase through this program are: 4KW, 5KW, 6KW, 7KW, 8KW, 10KW, 12.5KW, 15KW, 17.5KW, 20KW and 25KW. The price per KW capacity of RM4000 is only applicable to Company X employees under the Corporate Employee Solar Program by SOLS Energy.
System price covers the following: Installation fee, hardware (panels, inverter, cabling, brackets), and TNB application fees along with standard meter change.
Each KW of capacity is able to generate 99 kWh per month. Based on your 4 KW system you will generate 396 kWh of solar energy.
Each KW of capacity takes approximately 6.27 m2. Based on your 4 KW system you will need approximately 25.08 m2 of roof.
The three repayment options require buyer to do the following
- Option A: Set up a VSI from your Maybank salary account.
- Option B: Set up a VSI from your existing Maybank current account/savings account (CASA), which is not your salary account.
- Option C: Set up a VSI from other bank.
In the Malaysian climate where it rains frequently, regular cleaning or maintenance is not required. Therefore this was not accounted for within the calculations and can be scheduled based on your preference.
For the 1st year, the maintenance within the warranty claim period and is free of charge. On the second year onwards, SOLS Energy charges RM 150 for remote monitoring annually and RM 200 for each on-demand site visit, only if required. Generally, minimal maintenance of the panel is required.
