Solar PV Team Lead
About the Role
The role of a SOLS Energy Solar PV Team Lead involves the management and supervision of our residential solar installation teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. It is the responsibility of the site supervisor to conduct regular inspections, maintain a safety programme, resolve problems and allocate project resources while managing our in-house staff and subcontractors.

Adalah menjadi tanggungjawab penyelia tapak untuk menjalankan pemeriksaan berkala, mengekalkan program keselamatan, menyelesaikan masalah dan memperuntukkan sumber projek sambil menguruskan kakitangan dalaman dan subkontraktor kami.
Job Description
- Responsible for overseeing execution of solar PV installations on a daily basis.
- Contribute, comply and committed toward the company’s Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Management System by making sure it is full compliances to International Standard, Legal compliances, local regulations, and any code of practice.
- Reprimand team members if standards above are not followed.
- Plan and manage solar PV installation projects from start to finish and ensure high quality, functioning panels with excellent finishing work.
- Conduct site visits to analyse site requirements or project status and make a site visit report.
- Assess hazards, determine risks, conduct regular inspections, monitor day to day project progress and maintain a safety programme.
- Resolve problems at site and implementing improvements.
- Troubleshoot repairs for solar systems.
- Performing site visits or assigning teams for site visits.
- In charge of training and general management of all team members in the Installation department.
- Monitor performance of solar PV installers and subcontractor.
- Allocate resources, materials, transport, sub-contractors and other staff,

- Bertanggungjawab untuk mengawasi pelaksanaan pemasangan sistem solar PV setiap hari.
- Menyumbang, mematuhi dan komited terhadap Sistem Pengurusan Kualiti, Kesihatan, Keselamatan dan Alam Sekitar syarikat dengan memastikan ia mematuhi Standard Antarabangsa, Pematuhan Undang-undang, peraturan tempatan dan sebarang kod amalan.
- Menegur ahli pasukan jika piawaian di atas tidak dipatuhi.
- Merancang dan menguruskan projek pemasangan PV solar dari awal hingga akhir dan pastikan panel berfungsi dengan kerja kemasan yang sangat baik.
- Menjalankan lawatan tapak untuk menganalisis keperluan tapak atau status projek dan membuat laporan lawatan tapak.
- Menilai bahaya, menentukan risiko, menjalankan pemeriksaan berkala, memantau kemajuan projek setiap hari dan mengekalkan program keselamatan.
- Menyelesaikan masalah di tapak dan melaksanakan penambahbaikan.
- Menyelesaikan masalah pembaikan untuk sistem solar.
- Melakukan lawatan tapak atau menugaskan pasukan untuk lawatan tapak.
- Bertanggungjawab untuk latihan dan pengurusan am semua ahli pasukan di jabatan Pemasangan.
- Memantau prestasi pemasang dan subkontraktor solar PV.
- Memperuntukkan sumber, bahan, pengangkutan, sub-kontraktor dan kakitangan lain,
- Tanggungjawab tambahan akan diberikan kepada anda oleh penyelia, dari masa ke semasa berdasarkan kepada keperluan syarikat.
Job Requirements
- Posses PW4 Wireman certificate or experience in Wiring and Project Management (minimum 5 years)
- Minimum Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
- Knowledge in AC & DC
- Knowledge of electrical systems.
- Knowledge in the PV Solar System is an advantage.
- Driving License D
- Working knowledge of construction tools, processes and equipment,
- The ability to understand drawings and other contract documents,
- Good understanding of safety procedures,
- Willing to travel within Semenanjung Malaysia and to be based at the project site,
- Understanding of civil and electrical construction processes.
- Memiliki Sijil Pendawai PW4 atau pengalaman bekerja sebagai pendawai dan pengurus projek (minimum 5 tahun)
- Minimum Diploma Kejuruteraan Elektrik & Elektronik atau setaraf
- Pengetahuan dalam Arus Ulang-alik (AC: Alternating Current) & Arus Terus (DC: Direct Current)
- Pengetahuan tentang sistem elektrik
- Pengetahuan dalam Sistem Solar PV adalah satu kelebihan.
- Mempunyai lesen memandu kelas D
- Pengetahuan kerja alat pembinaan, proses dan peralatan,
- Keupayaan untuk memahami lukisan dan dokumen kontrak lain,
- Pemahaman yang baik tentang prosedur keselamatan,
- Bersedia untuk bekerja di mana-mana tapak pemasangan solar sekitar Semenanjung Malaysia dan berpangkalan di tapak projek,
- Memahami proses pembinaan sivil dan elektrik.
